At SUMMER CLINIC, we provide general medical consultations and outpatient urgent medical care for adults and children at our clinics in Playa del Inglés and San Agustín.

We care for both residents and visitors who experience a health problem during their stay in Gran Canaria. Our medical team can assess and treat a wide range of illnesses, symptoms, injuries and common health problems and, when necessary, complement the consultation with rapid tests, laboratory tests, wound care or other procedures available at our clinics.

General Medical Consultation

The consultation begins with an individual medical assessment of your symptoms, medical history and general health.

Depending on each case, the doctor may perform the necessary examination, provide an initial diagnosis, prescribe treatment, request laboratory tests or other investigations, and recommend follow-up or assessment by a specialist when necessary.

Outpatient Urgent Medical Care

At our clinics, we treat medical problems that require prompt assessment during opening hours, including many situations that can be managed directly with a medical consultation, treatment, wound care, sutures, rapid tests, laboratory tests or other procedures available at SUMMER CLINIC.

If a patient’s condition requires diagnostic tests, specialist assessment, hospital treatment or admission that we cannot provide at our clinics, we refer the patient to the appropriate hospital or healthcare facility.

When there is a clinical indication for medical transport, we can coordinate the patient’s transfer to hospital using private ambulance services.

Medical Care for Tourists and Residents

SUMMER CLINIC is located in the south of Gran Canaria, an area with a large international tourist population. We provide medical care for both residents and visitors who experience a health problem during their holiday or stay on the island.

Consultations are available in Spanish, English, German and Polish, making communication between the patient and doctor easier.

Laboratory Tests, Rapid Tests and Other Medical Services

When indicated, a medical consultation can be complemented by other services available at SUMMER CLINIC, including laboratory tests and rapid tests.

We also perform various outpatient medical procedures, wound care and other services that may be required depending on each patient’s needs.

This allows many health problems to be assessed and treated directly at our clinics without the patient initially having to visit different healthcare facilities.
